Saturday Decommunization in our hospital is carried out every weekday from 08:00 to 17:00 and from 08:30 to 12:00.
If you are a member of SGK;
Social Security Administration (SGK) Persons receiving medical benefits (government employees, SGK, Pension Fund, spouses and dependents of Bagkur residents) can contact our hospital directly. If they apply with an identity card, they are treated.
When submitting an application;
Persons who use the medical benefits of the Institution can apply directly or by referral to medical service providers providing outpatient and inpatient services with which an agreement has been concluded with the Institution, without any special provisions specified in the COMMUNIQUE on MEDICAL PRACTICE.Medical expenses that persons who use the medical benefits of the Institution receive from medical service providers who do not have a contract with the Institution, with the exception of emergencies, with the exception of exceptions, those specified in paragraph 4.2 (5) of THE COMMUNIQUE ON MEDICAL PRACTICE are not covered by the Institution.
Health care providers working under contract with the Institution must indiscriminately accept applications from persons receiving medical benefits from the Institution.
Authorization operations
Health care providers who have signed a contract with an institution must determine whether the applicant is eligible for medical benefits using the Institution's information and computing system (MEDULA, MEDULA Optics, pharmacy support system). i.e. they will receive an identification number and a patient tracking number/authorization.
Paid patients can undergo the procedure by paying for an examination or an advance payment for hospitalization. They must pay for all medical services that you will see at our hospital in exchange for receipts and keep these receipts until their processing is completed.
In which institutions do you care for patients / Who benefits from your hospital?
In our hospital, medical care is provided by the SGC (Bag-kur, i.e. Pension Fund, SSK), private insurance, contractual institutions and public institutions (civil servants subject to Law No. 657 and their dependent relatives) that serve patients.
Do I need to make an appointment before going to the hospital?
All our clinics, except the emergency department, are serviced by an appointment system.
After the examination, do I need to make an appointment again to show the results of the examinations requested by the doctor, or come for an examination?
Our practice in this regard varies depending on the density of our clinics. Therefore, if your doctor has requested or called you for an examination, ask the secretary of the clinic if you need to make an appointment to show your results or come for an examination when you leave the examination.

Who should we report our suggestions and complaints to at your hospital?
You can send any suggestions and complaints to our Patient Rights department verbally or in writing. All suggestions and complaints are considered by the hospital Administration
